Service Description

Pistol 101 Class** — This two-hour course is designed for novice shooters who want to enhance their pistol shooting skills. It starts with a review of firearm safety, range rules, and shooting terminology before moving into skill development. The course includes classroom demonstrations, lectures, and drills to ensure students understand shooting fundamentals. The instructor will provide a combination of classroom instruction and live-fire exercises to improve students' shooting capabilities on the range. Each student will be evaluated on their understanding of grip, stance, sight picture, sight alignment, and trigger press. Additionally, students must demonstrate proper techniques for loading, unloading, and performing immediate action drills specific to their firearm. GA Firing Line provides range time, eye and ear protection, and targets. Students are required to bring 50 rounds of ammunition, which can be purchased at the GA Firing Line.
